Yeeah, its Photoshop. You create a new layer, change the layer option (in the layer palette) to 'Colour' and pick white. Then you go over anything, really, and it becomes B&W. What you want to remain in colour stays in colour. Ask if you have any questions...I often don't make sense. XD
